Giulia’s journey took shape very early on, thanks to her first experiences as a Guest Relation Manager abroad, where she discovered the value of hospitality and of building relationships with guests. 

From there, her path continued between hospitality, teaching diving and operational management, moving through different contexts but always guided by the same principle.

For Giulia, hospitality is above all about relationships. 

It's the ability to understand people and sense what they need. 

A principle she also finds in the world of diving. 

«Underwater, words don't exist. What remains are presence, trust and the ability to convey a sense of safety.»

Traveling means learning to listen 

Throughout her career, she has lived and worked in some of the most fascinating destinations in the world. 

Every experience left her with something.

The context changes, not the way of welcoming 

For a few years, Giulia chose to devote herself entirely to the world of diving. 

But looking back, she doesn't see that as a true break from hospitality. 

«I don't think I ever really left this industry.» 

Only the context changed. 

«I kept accompanying people in an unfamiliar environment, helping them feel safe and have an unforgettable experience.» 

A reflection that appears even clearer to her today. 

«If I think about it, it's not that different from what I do every day in the hotel.» 

Returning to where people meet 

At a certain point in her professional journey, an important choice comes along. 

She leaves a corporate role to go back into the field.

«Direct contact with people is my energy.»
