Palermo from Above: The Ouverture Terrace Returns to Grand Hotel et Des Palmes

With the arrival of the summer season, the Ouverture Terrace at the Grand Hotel et Des Palmes returns, reopening in May in the heart of Palermo with a new gastronomic experience curated by Chef Giuseppe Sole.

From the end of breakfast service through after-dinner hours, the terrace welcomes guests and visitors in an elegant and contemporary atmosphere, offering open-air dining, signature cocktails, and panoramic views over the city.

The culinary concept highlights seasonal ingredients, authentic flavors, and Sicilian tradition, with dishes designed to appeal to an international clientele, alongside a new “Tradition Menu” dedicated to the island’s iconic recipes. Completing the experience is a curated selection of cocktails, wines, and spirits created in harmony with the cuisine, continuing the vision of the Sensus Mixology Bar. With the reopening of the Ouverture Terrace, the Grand Hotel et Des Palmes once again renews one of the most iconic appointments of Palermo’s summer season.
