As we look ahead to the 2027 season, we are opening our doors to new talent with Mangia’s Career Days 2026, part of a major recruitment campaign across Sardinia and Sicily.

We are looking for 1,400 new talents to join our hotels and resorts across a wide range of professional areas and levels of experience. Among these opportunities, 280 positions will be dedicated to Donnafugata Golf Resort, which will be at the heart of an important relaunch and repositioning project in 2027.

The Career Days are designed to make recruitment first and foremost a personal encounter: an opportunity to meet our HR team face to face, introduce yourself, discover our resorts and understand which opportunities could best match your experience, ambitions and professional goals.
