Ancient Gestures, Authentic Flavours, and Mediterranean Conviviality
Two islands, two women, two culinary traditions intertwine through their hands in the powerful simplicity of handmade pasta.
Simonetta Bazzu, guardian of Gallura, will guide participants in preparing Chiusoni, small nuggets of semolina patiently crafted with care, a traditional specialty from northern Sardinia.
Giusina, a true voice of contemporary Sicily, will passionately present pesto trapanese: bright, generous, and deeply rooted in the island’s rural heritage.
Together, they will lead a cooking class that becomes a ritual, an exchange and a shared story.
At the end of the experience, a communal table will bring everyone together to enjoy the freshly prepared dishes. An authentic moment of connection, where food becomes a shared language, a living memory, and a celebration of Mediterranean identity.
