The Art of Scaccia Ragusana 

Among Sicily's most authentic recipes, Scaccia Ragusana tells a story of simple ingredients, time-honoured techniques, and flavours deeply rooted in the culinary tradition of the Ragusa area. 

Together with Giusina Battaglia, journalist, author, and the face of Giusina in Cucina, guests will take part in a special masterclass dedicated to this iconic Sicilian speciality. 

From preparing the dough to creating the filling and baking the finished dish, Giusina will guide participants through the techniques and little secrets that make Scaccia Ragusana one of the region's most beloved traditional recipes. A hands-on experience designed to celebrate authentic Sicilian cuisine, discover local traditions, and enjoy the pleasure of cooking together. 

At the end of the masterclass, guests will enjoy tasting the Scaccia they have prepared together, while live music creates a warm and convivial atmosphere.
