The Art of the Arancina
There is one flavour that embodies Sicily more than any other: the arancina. Behind this beloved recipe lies a heritage of time-honoured techniques, simple ingredients, and traditions passed down from generation to generation.
Together with Giusina Battaglia, journalist, author, and the face of Giusina in Cucina, guests will take part in an engaging masterclass dedicated to one of the island's most iconic dishes. From preparing the filling to coating and frying, Giusina will guide participants through the techniques, tips, and stories that make the arancina a true Sicilian culinary icon.
At the end of the masterclass, guests will enjoy tasting the arancine they have prepared together, celebrating the pleasure of sharing good food and the authenticity of Sicilian home cooking.
Live music will accompany the evening, creating an even warmer and more convivial atmosphere.
