Castelsardo
Depart by coach to discover Castelsardo, a typical fishing village overlooking a promontory and the Castle of Admiral Doria.
Inside the castle you can explore the weaving museum, and later the Cathedral of Sant’Antonio Abate. Castelsardo is renowned for the craft of weaving.
You will then have free time for some shopping. We will later go to Sedini and stop at the famous “Roccia dell’Elefante” (Elephant Rock), a large trachytic boulder, with a strong rust color, considerably eroded by atmospheric agents, which have given it the unique appearance of a sitting pachyderm.
The two Domus de Janas, which are housed inside and are considered the most representative monument of this type, are of considerable archaeological importance, dating back to the pre-Nuragic period. Return to the hotel.
