The most refined wine event of the Sicilian summer kicks off in the enchanting setting of Mangia’s Torre del Barone Resort & SPA, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and overlooking the sea.

The evening will spotlight Cantina Salvatore Tamburello, an organic winery with over five generations of history, located in the Belice Valley, in Poggioreale (TP). Certified organic since 2010, the winery is a shining example of sustainable and identity-driven viticulture. Its wines—such as the renowned “306” Nero d’Avola and “204” Grillo—are crafted from estate-grown grapes and express the land with elegance, authenticity, and environmental respect.

Guests will enjoy a vertical tasting of four selected labels, paired with gourmet finger food designed to enhance every glass.
