Every year, Palermo celebrates its patron saint with the Festino of Saint Rosalia, one of Sicily's most iconic events, bringing together tradition, faith, and spectacular celebrations that involve the entire city. From the passage of the famous Triumphal Chariot to the religious ceremonies and the vibrant atmosphere filling the historic centre, the Festino is an authentic experience not to be missed. 

An Exclusive Evening at Palazzo Asmundo 

To celebrate this extraordinary occasion, Mangia's offers an exclusive dinner in the prestigious setting of Palazzo Asmundo, a historic noble residence overlooking Palermo Cathedral. Guests will enjoy the most exciting moments of the festivities from a private balcony, experiencing the Festino from an exceptional vantage point. 

Programme 

7:30 PM – Welcome aperitif in the elegant halls of the palace. 

8:00 PM – From the private balcony, guests will witness the departure of Saint Rosalia's Triumphal Chariot, the Bishop's traditional address, and the beginning of the grand procession. 

8:45 PM – Exclusive dinner in the Salone Nobile, featuring a gastronomic journey that celebrates Sicilian culinary tradition through refined contemporary interpretations.
