in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter, the “Controller”), hereby informs you, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter, the “GDPR”), that your data will be processed as described below.

The purpose of the processing is the management of applications and related selection interviews, carried out on the basis of your consent collected at the time of the interview itself (Legislative Decree 196/2003 allows the management of unsolicited CVs without consent until the candidate is invited for an interview).
The processing concerns the data acquired through the submitted CV. Such data will be processed by electronic means and in paper format, and the processing may also involve so-called “special categories” of data (specifically health and religious beliefs), consistent with the positions for which the interview is conducted and in light of the particular activities carried out by us.
Failure to provide the requested data may result in the impossibility of maintaining your information in our system and, consequently, of managing your application.
The data will not be disclosed outside the organization nor transferred to third countries, except for any requests by public authorities in accordance with the law.
Data will be retained for a period of one year if no immediate hiring follows the interview; this period has been determined to allow for any further interviews or calls for other open positions.
In the event of a positive outcome of the interview, the data will be included in the employee’s personal file and retained for the periods prescribed by law or as required by our clients.
You may exercise your right to access your personal data, to obtain correction or deletion of the data, as well as to object to processing, by contacting the Controller via registered mail to the address indicated above or by email at info@mangias.com, or by contacting the appointed DPO at dpo@mangias.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
Consent is always revocable, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to revocation.
