AMA celebrates Ferragosto night on its panoramic terrace, with a dinner celebrating the flavours of Sicily and live music.

On Ferragosto night, AMA invites guests to experience one of the most anticipated evenings of the summer in a setting suspended between the sky and the sea along the Sicilian coast.
The experience begins at sunset on the AMA Terrace, with an aperitif accompanied by a DJ set. A moment to savour as daylight slowly gives way to evening and the sea stretches out towards the horizon.
The evening continues at AMA Restaurant with a buffet dinner celebrating Sicily and its flavours, on a culinary journey from land to sea, culminating in a selection of traditional desserts.
Live piano and vocals accompany dinner and the evening as it unfolds, creating an intimate and evocative atmosphere.
