On foot, we will walk along the ancient Corso Vittorio Emanuele and admire the superb facades of the palaces and churches built during the Baroque period.

We will reach the Fontana Pretoria, popularly known as the Fountain of Shame, and admire the outside of the church of the Martorana.

We will visit the church of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria which, together with its cloister, is a splendid example of Baroque art where, inside the ancient monastery, founded in the twelfth century, the cloistered nuns of the noble Sicilian families lived.
